Processing & Shipping Times
Orders placed before 12 PM are processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location:
Major Cities & Urban Areas: 2-3 business days
Outlying & Rural Areas: 3-5 business days
Shipping Rates
 Standard Shipping: R120 (Flat rate nationwide)
Free Shipping: On orders over R2000
Courier & Tracking
We ship exclusively with to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your delivery in real time.
Delivery Address & Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Delays & Unexpected Issues
While we aim for timely deliveries, unexpected delays (e.g., courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances) may occur. We appreciate your patience.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
 Once The Courier Guy marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package is missing, please contact The Courier Guy directly.
 If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within South Africa. For international orders, please contact us for special arrangements.
